THE JOB DESCRIPTION
Breakpoint Booking is seeking a gritty, ambitious and adventurous individual who may want to join its talent agency. The company is seeking a department head for its speaking clientele. This person would work directly with the owner of the agency to help grow the department’s clientele roster and agent roster. In addition to some of the best commission splits in the country our department heads earn a percentage of the department’s earnings!
This is a remote, work from home position that requires organization, passion, and dependable folks who are self-motivated, self-starters. If you struggle to manage a day-to-day calendar or work on a deadline this job is not for you!
Our talent agents undergo a free, sixteen-week (16-week), proprietary training program where they will learn the “ins and outs” of OUR booking process, terminology, contracting, invoicing, rolling calls, and everything else associated with the life of a prospering agent. This is an ideal position for a candidate seeking a fast track to becoming a talent agent or for an already established agent seeking a new home.
Our department heads are given all of the necessary tools to succeed including an already established roster of working clients, junior agents in training, Google workspace account, use of cms and contracting software, agency rolodex and use of company resources including its assistant program.
Things to consider…
- Commission-based pay (nurturing sales, team environment)
- Mandatory weekly video meetings! You will need to manage your calendar!
- REMOTE Work from Home Environment (Laptop, Smart Phone, Internet).
- Some of THE BEST commission splits in the industry!
- Weekly To Do List.
- 20-25 hours per week
- Google Workspace!
- Research, Calls, Emails, Spreadsheets, Attention to Detail!
IDEAL CANDIDATE – Prior agency experience is a PLUS PLUS, Motivated, Hungry, Loves Money, Can See Bigger Picture, Tech Savvy, Patient… able to handle the pressure of high energy, team-oriented environment, detail oriented, punctual, able to multitask and thrive doing so, collaborative, deep desire to be in the “industry” dreams of being an agent a PLUS. Must be able to handle a day-to-day calendar!
